Steve Gordon, Managing Partner of Total Spectrum/Steve Gordon and Associates, is pleased to announce the addition of two new partners to this rapidly expanding public affairs firm, as well as the opening of an office in Atlanta, Georgia.

Todd Smith has over 20 years experience in Washington, D.C., fourteen of those spent on Capitol Hill serving as Legislative Director, Deputy Chief of Staff, and ultimately Chief of Staff for then-Congressman Nathan Deal – who was both the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health. In addition to his other clients, Todd currently represents Governor Nathan Deal and the State of Georgia as an outside consultant before the White House, the Executive Branch, and Members of Congress.

Blake Fulenwider is one of Georgia’s premier health care consultants. He served as the Deputy Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Community Health and later served as the Healthcare Reform Administrator in Governor Deal’s Office of Planning and Budget. He previously was then-Congressman Deal’s Legislative Director, and he worked extensively on a great number of health care issues.

Blake will serve as Total Spectrum’s Georgia Director.

“I am very impressed with both Todd and Blake,” said Gordon. “They are both strong advocates with great expertise in policy, political, and communications strategies. They know how to get things done, and I am delighted that they have brought their unique professional profile and public affairs management experience to Total Spectrum.”
