Doran Arik Miller is the Principal at Miller Policy Consulting, a Phoenix-based public policy consulting firm. Doran is an experienced attorney and policy advisor, and provides in-depth research, analysis and advocacy services on public policy issues that impact Arizona and its citizens, primarily in the areas of water, energy and natural resources. She has written extensively on pressing state and federal policy issues.
Previously, Doran was Senior Policy Advisor at the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she provided key research support for the Chamber’s policy agenda and authored white papers examining the impact of critical policy issues. Earlier in her career, Doran worked for Senator Jon Kyl in his Washington, D.C. office. After law school, Doran clerked for the Honorable Victor J. Wolski on the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., and then worked as an attorney at the Institute for Justice, where she litigated complex constitutional cases in the areas of property rights, economic liberty and school choice.
Doran received her B.A. in American Studies from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Doran is a member of the Arizona and New York bars. Doran is also on the Board of Directors for Jewish National Fund USA and a member of JNF’s Water Task Force.
