Scott Gluck

Scott Gluck recently moved to Washington, DC from Los Angeles, where he built a very accomplished career in financial services, in the law, and in politics.
Since 2003, Scott has served as Vice President, General Counsel for Broidy Capital Management, a private investment company formed by Elliot Broidy, as well as Vice President for Markstone Capital Group, Mr. Broidy’s private equity fund. Scott oversaw Elliott Broidy’s fund formation, conducted due diligence on potential transactions, and was responsible for both legal and political matters.
Prior to affiliating with Elliott Broidy, Scott served from 2002 to 2003 as the first California Director of the Republican Jewish Coalition – and from 2001 to 2002 as Deputy Policy Director for Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan’s campaign for Governor of California.
Scott began his legal career in 1996 at Latham and Watkins, where he worked on a variety of financial and corporate transactions, including public and private security offerings. In 1999, he joined Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips, and managed all phasing of litigation work.
Scott Gluck has an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Economics and Philosophy from University of California at Berkeley, a JD degree from the Columbia University School of Law, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
At Total Spectrum, Scott is serving as Senior Counsel, and is using his legal training and experience as a key member of the Finance Group.
