Scott Gluck
Senior Counsel, Total Spectrum/Steve Gordon & Associates
Scott Gluck recently moved to Washington, DC from Los Angeles, where he built a very accomplished career in financial services, in the law and in politics.
Since 2003, Scott has served as Vice President and in-house General Counsel for Broidy Capital Management, a private investment company. He also served as Vice President for Markstone Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on investments in Israel’s old economy. At Markstone, Scott worked on the formation of the fund, assisted with conducting due diligence on potential transations and helping portfolio companies with business development.
Prior to Markstone, Scott served as the first California Director of the Republican Jewish Coalition and as Deputy Policy Director for Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan’s campaign for Governor of California.
Scott began his legal career in 1996 at Latham & Watkins, where he worked on a variety of financial and corporate transactions, including public and private security offerings. He also worked at Manatt, Phelps, and Phillips where he practiced entertainment litigation.
Scott has an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Economics and Philosophy from University of California at Berkeley, a JD degree from the Columbia University School of Law, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
At Total Spectrum, Scott is serving as Senior Counsel and is using his legal training and experience as a key member of the Finance Group.
