“Paul Hatch has been appointed Senior Vice President of Total Spectrum/Steve Gordon & Associates. He most recently was Director of Government Relations at McDermott Will & Emery, a law firm. He previously worked at the RNC as chairman of the victory program and as deputy director of the political division. Before that, he was executive director of the Republican Governors Association. Hatch also served as finance director, treasurer and adviser on the gubernatorial campaign of former Gov. Michael O. Leavitt, R-Utah…. Mark Micali joins the firm as vice president. He most recently was director of government relations for Merrill Lynch, as well as treasurer of the Merrill Lynch political action committee. Before that, he was Vice President of Government Affairs at the Direct Marketing Association. Micali previously worked for former Rep. Dan Rostenkowski, D-Ill.”
